1113.06 - Liability of certain persons for acts of others. In all cases where any, employee, apprentice or minor shall be guilty of any violation of the provisions of this chapter or any ordinance for the management and protection of the Division of Water or any of the prescribed rules and regulations of the Division of Water, the employer, parent or guardian of such person shall be held responsible for such violation as well as the persons committing the offense.
