6.30.020 - License required. No person shall engage in the business of selling, marketing or distributing coupon books without first obtaining and thereafter maintaining a valid unexpired license therefor as provided herein. This section does not apply to a licensed business which distributes or sells coupons that are redeemable only at its place of business. (Ord. 2293 § 2 (part), 1982: prior code § 5-20-2)
