in effect§44.0107 Garbage and Refuse Disposal Regulated
That no person shall place or deposit, or cause to be placed or deposited, any garbage, dead animals, rubbish, tin cans, waste paper, night–soil, or any vegetable or animal matter or other waste or refuse matter into or upon any street, alley, park, lot, or other place within the said City of San Diego.
