18.40.080 - Registration and commercial property inspection fees. A. The established fee for a certificate of registration shall be charged and collected at the time of application submittal. The established registration fee shall be for the administrative costs for registering and processing the vacant building owner registration form, and inspecting the vacant building and premises for compliance with the requirements of this chapter. B. The established registration fee shall be paid on annual basis. (Ord. No. 17968, § 1, 3-5-2013)
