SEC. 48C-33. FAILURE TO PAY AD VALOREM TAXES. A licensee or an applicant for a vehicle immobilization service license shall not allow the payment of ad valorem taxes upon any vehicle, equipment, or property used directly or indirectly in connection with the vehicle immobilization service to become delinquent.
