§ 17-49. - Voters confined to nursing or convalescent hospital outside county. If the secretary of the County Election Board receives a request for absentee ballot from an incapacitated elector confined to a nursing home or convalescent hospital outside the county of his jurisdiction, the secretary shall provide ballots and materials in the manner hereinbefore prescribed.
