§ 5.139 TERMINAL: TRUCK, FREIGHT, RAIL OR WATER. Terminals may be permitted in accordance with the use tables in Chapter 4, Articles 6 and 8, subject to the following conditions. (a) A traffic flow plan shall be approved by the city traffic engineer, based on an accurate plot plan drawn to scale. The applicant shall prepare and submit the plot plan to the city traffic engineer. (b) Loading, parking and maneuvering space shall be entirely on private property. (c) The operation of any such terminal shall be not less than 200 feet from any residential district. (Ord. 13896, passed 10-12-1999; Ord. 17093, § 3, passed 8-8-2006)
