11.32.070 - Replacement by contractors—Required at completion. It shall be unlawful for a contractor who has moved an official traffic-control device to fail to install a traffic-control device approved by the Director of Public Works or his designee in a location approved by the Director of Public Works or his designee simultaneously with the completion of that portion of work in the street right-of-way which made necessary the removal of the official traffic-control device.
