12.80.170 - Signalling change of course of direction or stopping. The driver of any vehicle upon any public highway before turning, stopping or changing course of direction of such vehicle shall give a plainly visible signal of his intentions so to turn, stop or change such course, and shall not then so turn, stop, or change such course unless such movement can be made in safety. The change of course mentioned in this section shall include any driver leaving the curb from a parked position. (Prior code § 20-171)
