Sec. 6-72-10. - Additional regulations for escort agencies. A. An escort agency permittee shall not employ, use or allow the services of any person under the age of 18 years in the operation of such establishment. B. A person commits an offense if he or she acts as an escort or agrees to act as an escort for any person under the age of 18 years. (Code 1985, § 20-128; Ord. No. 4013, § 1, 1-15-1991)
