1.17.340 - Failure to comply with an Administrative Civil Penalties Notice and Order; administrative enforcement hearing. When the responsible party fails to comply with the terms of the Administrative Civil Penalties Notice and Order by correcting the violation(s) and bringing the property into compliance with this Code, an Enforcement Officer may schedule an administrative enforcement hearing as provided in this chapter.
