Sec. 56-44. - Title to vest in city. No permit to construct a sanitary or storm sewer in any public way or place or any property or property interest owned by the city shall be granted except upon the express condition that all right, title and interest in the same will vest in the city upon completion of construction and acceptance by the city. This section shall not apply to that portion of a private or building sewer as extended into the public right-of-way to the point of connection with the public sewer. (Code 1950, § 338.10; Ord.
