§33.4109 Penalties Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the requirements of this Division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
