4113.13 - Fees—Work without a permit. When work requiring a building, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, sign permit, or other permit is commenced without a permit, a fee shall be assessed and charged as per the fee schedule. The property maintenance inspector shall recommend to the chief building official that this fee be assessed for work being done without a permit on a one-, two-, or three-family dwelling.
