§ 16-188 SLOT PERMIT FEES. (a) After inspection and approval by the code compliance department of each pushcart, each pushcart shall be assessed a slot permit fee in the amount of the permittee's bid under § 16-186(e). (b) Permits shall be issued in accordance with the application procedures and upon payment of the permit fees per pushcart in the amount established by city council.
