(a) Alteration base fee, required when alteration or addition is sufficient to require a building permit

The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the fees shall be added to the costs set forth in this Section 60-42-9 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
