Sec. 561. - More than one improvement may be included in single bond issue. Such ordinances for the issuance of bonds shall be passed, and the municipality may, in its discretion, provide for the issuance of bonds in one lot or amount in respect to any one or more of such improvements, and may provide that any assessment levied in respect to all such improvements may be applied as a whole towards the payment of the entire lot or amount of bonds or interest thereon.
