SEC. 28-162. SAME - MINIMUM AGE OF PERSON OBTAINING. A person must be 18 years of age to be eligible for an escort license to engage in the business of furnishing private motor vehicle escorts. A person licensed to engage in the business of furnishing motor vehicle escort service for hire shall not employ as an escort guide, a person under 18 years of age. (Ord. 14584)
