SEC. 28-161. ESCORT LICENSE REQUIRED. A person commits an offense if he engages in the business of furnishing a private motor vehicle escort for hire within the city, without first obtaining an escort license; provided, that persons engaged in the business who are employed by a duly licensed private motor vehicle escort agency shall not be required to be individually licensed.
