§ 32-218. - Yield signs. The driver of a vehicle approaching a "yield right-of-way" sign shall slow to a reasonable speed for existing conditions of traffic and visibility, yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on the intersecting street or highway which have entered the intersection or which are so close as to constitute an immediate hazard.
