7.42.085 - Violations of Section 7.42.035. Any person who violates the provisions of Section 7.42.035 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be sentenced to a fine not less than two hundred fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars. Each sale or offer for sale made in violation of Section 7.42.035 shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. No. 6928, § 11, 11-5-25)
