Sec. 11-52-6. - Ownership identification. All local commercial trucking vehicles, including, but not limited to, vehicles carrying or hauling gravel, sand, metals, trash, garbage, wood, brick, oils, tar, tar derivatives, cement, pipes, beams, or any similarly related materials, shall have identification by displaying on two parallel horizontal lines, on the right and left frontmost doors of such trucking vehicle, in letters at least three inches high, the name of the owner or firm, or in the event equipment is leased, the name of the lessee, on the first line and the street address immediately below upon the second line, and an individual vehicle identification number no less than six inches in height on the frontmost doors shall be displayed conspicuously.
