Sec. 32-211. - Meetings. The parks board shall hold regular meetings as established by the board's bylaws. In addition, special meetings may be held in accordance with such rules as the board may provide. A quorum of the directors of the board shall consist of such number of members, being not less than a majority thereof, as may be specified in the corporate bylaws of the board. (Ord.
