§ 2-5-63 - INITIATING AN APPEAL. Except as otherwise provided in the Code, an interested party may initiate an appeal by filing a notice of appeal, including the basis of the appeal, with the city manager not later than: (1) the 14th day after the date of the decision of the city manager, or a board or commission; or (2) the 20th day after an administrative decision.
