Sec. 441-406. - Legality of devices. Any traffic-control device placed and maintained at the direction of the department of public works shall conform with the requirements of this chapter. All such traffic-control devices shall be consistent with state law and are official traffic-control devices. (Code 1975, § 29-96; G.O. 15, 2001, § 35)
