§22.4104 Confidentiality of Draft Disclosure Documents All draft disclosure documents submitted to the Disclosure Practices Working Group will remain the property of the originating department. Draft disclosure documents shall be kept confidential and may not be transmitted to third parties without the express written permission of the originating department.
