Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 32-428
in effect§ 32-428. - Application and issuance.
(a) Owners of passenger vehicles who employ the vehicles for commercial purposes and who desire to utilize commercial loading zones for loading and unloading may apply to the Supervisor of Licenses for a license to do so.
(b) In order to qualify for a license the application must reflect that the passenger vehicle involved is regularly used during normal business hours for the delivery or handling of merchandise and freight, and shall contain information reflecting the make, model, serial and motor numbers of the vehicle.
(c) If the Supervisor of Licenses finds that the statements in the application are true and in order, he shall issue a license and a numbered decal. The written license issued to approved applicants shall reflect the owner of the vehicle, his business and address and the expiration date of the license.
