1.17.070 - Administrative Code Enforcement remedies not exclusive. The procedures established in this chapter for the use of administrative citations and the administrative civil penalties process, and the procedures established in other chapters of this Code for administrative abatement and summary abatement, as means for addressing violations of this Code shall be in addition to criminal, civil or other legal or equitable remedies established by law that may be pursued to address violations of this Code and the use of this chapter shall be at the sole discretion of the City.
