3415. Legislative intent [Effective January 1, 2031] It is the intent of the General Assembly in adopting this subchapter to create regional assessment districts so that: (1) properties on grand lists are regularly reappraised; (2) property data collection is consistent and standardized across the State; and (3) property valuation is conducted by trained and certified individuals and firms.
