7.44.030 - Interfering or resisting. No person shall interfere with or oppose or resist the Sheriff or any of his Officers, the Animal Regulation Officer, or any other City Law Enforcement Officer, or the Health Officer or any member or employee of the Health Department while engaged in the performance of the duties pertaining to the enforcement of this Title, all of which said Officers, members and employees are hereby empowered to enforce all the provisions of this Title.
