Sec. 10-76. - Exemptions from article. Portable houses without plumbing facilities not more than 12 feet in width and not exceeding 16 feet in height, when loaded for moving, shall be exempt from the provisions of this article. Such exemption does not exempt the mover from compliance with chapter 45 of this Code. All houses moved into or within the city, regardless of size, shall comply fully with the Construction Code.
