Sec. 10-75. - Completion certificate. When a house is moved pursuant to the provisions of this article, a move completion certificate shall be issued after the move has been completed and all inspections have been made and approval has been given by the building official. The move completion certificate shall be issued by the building official. Such certificate shall not be issued until repairs or replacements have been made for any public property damaged in such move. (Code 1968, § 10-76; Ord. No. 90-635, § 30, 5-23-90)
