Sec. 909-106. - Availability of statements and other documents. (a) To facilitate public access to records regarding lobbying activity, the license administrator shall compile and maintain an index of all registration statements and other documents filed under this chapter. (b) The license administrator shall preserve registration statements and other documents filed under this chapter for a period of at least four (4) years from the date of receipt.
