§82.07 Parking Violations Enforcement Fines. For the purpose of regulating the use of streets and traffic on the street as a deterrent to illegal parking, and to recover administrative costs, parking violation fines shall be established by the City under California Vehicle Code section 40203.5, as may be amended.
