Columbus City Codes § 3325.101

Established by Ordinance 2054-92 as the University Area Review Board, and subsequently renamed in 2017 by Ordinance [1003-2017] to the University Impact District Review Board, hereafter referred to as the Review Board, shall consist of seven members appointed by the mayor and confirmed by city council.
The composition of the Review Board shall include:
- three (3) registered architects selected in consultation with the American Institute of Architects;
- one (1) representative of the Columbus Apartment Association;
- one (1) representative of the University Community Business Association;
- one (1) representative of the University Area Commission; and
- one (1) at-large member, who may reside within the University District or is engaged in the livelihood of architectural design, history, or preservation; construction; property management; or real estate.
Members serve staggered three (3) year terms. A vacancy shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment was made.
