Sec. 135-831. - Created. Pursuant to IC 36-1-8-2, the city-county council, as the fiscal body of the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County, Indiana, hereby establishes a cash change fund in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) to be placed in the custody of the county treasurer or his designee, which cash change fund shall be used by the county treasurer's office to make change when collecting cash revenues.
