Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-341 Unaccompanied children.

§ 38-341. - Unaccompanied children. No child under 16 years of age shall shoot waterfowl upon the Atoka Reservoir-Reservation unless he is accompanied by an adult. (Code 1970, § 23-32; Ord. No. 16228, § 1, 6-9-81; Code 1980, § 38-341)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-342 Quail and doves.

§ 38-342. - Quail and doves. No person shall take, shoot, kill or trap any quail or doves. (Code 1970, § 23-111(b); Code 1980, § 38-342)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-343 Ducks or geese.

§ 38-343. - Ducks or geese. No person shall take or kill more wild ducks or wild geese than permitted by the State and Federal laws. (Code 1970, § 23-111(c); Code 1980, § 38-343)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-344 Protected waterfowl.

§ 38-344. - Protected waterfowl. No person shall shoot at or kill any variety of waterfowl protected by the laws of the State or of the United States. (Code 1970, § 23-111(e); Code 1980, § 38-344)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-345 Prohibited hours and days.

§ 38-345. - Prohibited hours and days. No person shall shoot at or kill any game birds or non-game birds or animals at any time, either in daytime or nighttime, when such shooting is prohibited by State and Federal laws, or both; provided nothing herein shall be construed as legalizing the killing of quail or doves at any time. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-346 Rifles.

§ 38-346. - Rifles. No person shall hunt with a rifle of any size or caliber. Only hunting with shotguns shall be permitted on the Atoka Reservoir-Reservation. (Code 1970, § 23-111(a); Code 1980, § 38-346)
