64-1. Adoption of State Code.
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the city of Milwaukee adopts ch. ATCP 79, Wis. Adm. Code, as amended. The city also adopts ch. 254, Wis. Stats.

In this chapter, "department" means the health department or any department to which health department functions or duties under this chapter have been delegated pursuant to a memorandum of understanding.
