§ 30-93 FEES. (a) The licensee must pay an annual fee of $500 for each of the first two spaces for each approved application. Amounts will be prorated for applications made prior to January 1 of each year. (b) If the director determines that more than two spaces are necessary, the fee shall be $150 per additional space per year.
