6.06.055 - Temporary license—City Council review. (A) As soon as the open meeting notice requirements of NRS 241.034 will permit, the Director shall seek City Council review of his or her decision suspending a temporary license. (B) The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of LVMC 6.88.090. (C) Following the hearing, the City Council shall revoke or reinstate such temporary license subject to any additional conditions and restrictions the City Council deems appropriate.
