Fort Worth City Code § 16-406 CITY REGISTRAR OF VITAL STATISTICS DESIGNATED.

§ 16-406 CITY REGISTRAR OF VITAL STATISTICS DESIGNATED. The city registrar of vital statistics shall be taken to mean the director of the department of public health or any duly authorized assistant appointed by the director of the department of public health. (1964 Code, § 19-21)

Fort Worth City Code § 16-407 VITAL STATISTICS FEES.

§ 16-407 VITAL STATISTICS FEES. The vital statistics registrar shall be entitled to certain fees as may be established from time to time by the state legislature for the search of and/or making copies of the records of vital statistics. The schedule of fees to be charged for such services shall be displayed in a public place by the vital statistics division of the health department.
