§ 14-4-6 - AUTHORIZED APPLICANT. (A) The owner or tenant of a property being used for a cocktail lounge, restaurant, or food sales use adjacent to where the sidewalk café is to be located may apply for a permit to operate a sidewalk café. (B) The owner or tenant of a property being used for a retail use adjacent to where the sidewalk storefront is to be located may apply for a permit to operate a sidewalk storefront.
