Sec. 34-1142. - Contracting for purchase of recycled water. SAWS and customers desiring to purchase recycled water from SAWS shall be required to enter into a written recycled water contract setting forth, the terms and conditions upon which such transaction will be consummated. The recycled water contracts shall comply with the provisions of this article VIII, as well as any other applicable laws, rules and regulations. (Ord. No. 87597, § 1, 3-26-98)
