The fee may be assessed for each complaint in accordance with the schedule herein.
Fee for each notice issued on July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 | Fee for each notice issued on July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 | Fee for each notice issued on July 1, 2027 and thereafter
$127.50 | $148.75 | $170.00
The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the fee shall be added to the costs set forth in this Section 60-20-22 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
