Sec. 14-252. - Riding on handlebars prohibited. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motorcycle or bicycle when upon a street to carry any other person upon the handlebars, frame or tank of any such vehicle or for any person to so ride upon any motorcycle or bicycle. (Code 1985, § 14-102)
