Extension of Time. Where good cause exists, the city manager, or designee may extend the period of time designated for completion of necessary improvements, specified within agreements required by this chapter. Such extension of time shall be reported to the city plan commission and recorded in the minutes. No such extension shall be granted beyond two years of final plat approval unless security has been provided to the city by the subdivider to cover the extended period of time in accordance with Section 19.08.040.
