2.54.010 - Designated. Each candidate for an elective municipal office of the City shall pay a filing fee in the amount of one hundred dollars at the time of filing a declaration of candidacy. (Ord. 3789 § 1, 1994: edited during 1982 codification: Ord. 1703 § 1, 1974: prior code § 1-22-1)
