103.69 - Sixty-Eighth Ward. The boundaries of the Sixty-Eighth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Livingston Avenue and Big Walnut Creek (stream), east on centerline of Livingston Avenue to Brice Road (Columbus Corporation line), then following the Columbus Corporation line on an irregular path south along Brice Road, and the centerline of Brice Road to I-70, west along I-70 to Big Walnut Creek, north along Big Walnut Creek to the place of beginning.
