2150.16 - Statute of Limitations for Filing of Judgments. (A) A Judgment entered pursuant to this chapter may be filed with the Court; however, for a Judgment to be valid when pursuing actions or claims, such Judgment must be filed with the Court within three (3) years after the Judgment entry of the parking ticket charging the Parking Infraction out of which the Judgment arose.
