It shall be a misdemeanor for any person who has trapped an animal, or discovers any animal so trapped, to dispose of it in any fashion not otherwise provided by law, but said person shall call the Animal Protection Services Officer to have said animal picked up, deliver it to the Animal Protection Services Center, or otherwise dispose of it as directed by the Animal Protection Services Officer.
